Redcar Market Relocation Update

As construction works continue on Redcar High Street, we are working with and supporting market traders and businesses to try to keep things running as smoothly as possible.

Due to ongoing discussions with market traders, from this Friday, the market will be trialling a new layout – with all stalls located at the Blue Clock end of the High Street. Previously split between Queen Street and the High Street, this new arrangement will allow the market space to evolve to meet everyone’s needs.

Benches have also been reintroduced along the High Street – located at West Terrace, Dundas Street, and Bath Street – and the market will have additional seating available, giving visitors more space to have a rest or relax.
