Have you referred an adult you support for Telecare Services?
We are conducting a review of the current Telecare service provided by the local authority to local residents in the borough. As you know the current service is delivered on the Council’s behalf by local housing provider Beyond Housing. The technology is linked to an alarm receiving centre, managed by Beyond Housing, and upon activation, if the user has fallen or is in distress a Responder is sent to the individual’s property to assist.
As part of the review we would like to gain your views as practitioners on your experiences of Telecare Services and assistive technology and the impacts to local residents. We would be grateful if you would answer the following few questions to assist us…
