New CGI Visualisations for Redcar Central Station

We have new CGI images showcasing our vision for Redcar Central Station once conservation works are complete at the end of this year.

As you can see, the building could incorporate a mix of daytime and evening uses, such as a bar, restaurant, shops, café, and markets. The improvements to the Grade II listed station building will have a huge impact on the local community by introducing leisure and retail facilities and attracting more visitors to the station and nearby businesses.

The council is currently accepting expressions of interest from businesses and interested parties looking to secure space in the newly refurbished station. A variety of unit sizes are available, and we are also open to discussions with parties interested in securing a larger footprint or the entire building for the right proposal.
