This anonymous survey is being carried out by Adult Social Care at Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council. We want to give you the opportunity to participate in the survey. You do not have to take part; it is entirely your choice. Whether or not you choose to take part will have no effect on the services you receive or the way you are treated.
We would like to learn and gather feedback from your experiences of the care you receive at home (we call this home care), what your long-term plans are if your needs increase in the future and help us work out if we need new services in new locations.
