Coatham Conservation Area Management Plan Consultation
Coatham Conservation Area Management Plan - Public consultation Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council
22 June 2026 to 4 August 2026 (5pm)
The Coatham Conservation Area Management Plan has been prepared to provide further information on the Council’s approach to preserving and enhancing the Coatham Conservation Area and how this will be monitored.
It will provide direction and guidance to owners, occupiers, developers and all those involved in the management of Coatham Conservation Area and identify elements within the Conservation Area that are in need of improvement.
The management plan is supported by a revised Coatham Conservation Area Appraisal, which replaces the previous appraisal that was published in 2011.
The appraisal provides a record and evaluation of the key elements that make up the special interest and character of the Coatham Conservation Area and is available to view, alongside the consultation document and accompanying Habitat Regulation Assessment Screening Statement.
