The primary user of the new building on site will be the East Cleveland Training and Education Hub, previously located in Skinningrove. If the building had space available for private hire / community uses outside its primary function, do you think it would be well used?
Do you agree with the proposals to include new seating areas within the landscaped, public spaces on the redeveloped site?
The scale, massing and positioning of the proposed new building has been designed to create more of a public square with greater emphasis on the neighbouring historic buildings and opportunities for new landscaping and open views to the surrounding hills. Do you agree with this design approach?
Consultation during the initial design stages has indicated a more traditional design for the new building in keeping with the surrounding area is the correct response to this site, as appose to something very contemporary and contrasting. Do you agree with this approach?
