We want to hear about your experience when visiting one of the participating businesses during Taste of Redcar and Cleveland! Your feedback helps us shape the initiative and allows us to celebrate and support our fantastic local food and drink businesses.

You can complete the survey each time you visit a participating business - so whether you're enjoying a coffee, dining out or sampling some local treats, let us know what you think!

Please complete this section to be entered into our A Taste of Redcar and Cleveland prize draw! The winner will receive a £25 voucher which can be redeemed at any one of the participating A Taste of Redcar and Cleveland businesses*.  You must complete the consumer survey by 11:59pm on Friday 3rd April 2026 to be entered. The winner will be drawn and notified using the provided contact details on Monday 6th April 2026. One prize draw entry per person.
